What is T&T Rewards Program?
T&T Rewards is a membership issued by T&T Supermarket Inc. either in Card or App format to offer members with exclusive benefits.
Where can I use my card to earn points?
The T&T Rewards Card is available at all T&T and Osaka Supermarket Stores in British Columbia, Ontario (hereafter referred to as T&T Stores) and Online. For full details, visit www.tntsupermarket.com.
How do I apply?
(a) T&T Website or Mobile App by visiting your applicable app store.
(b) T&T Rewards Card Kiosk located at T&T stores and receive a set of T&T Rewards Cards instantly.
(c) Complete the application form provided at T&T Stores and receive a set of T&T Rewards Cards instantly.
Who can apply T&T Rewards Program?
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a legal Canadian resident.
Can my family members use my membership so I'll earn points for their purchases?
Yes. T&T encourages a shared membership among family members, so that points can be earned faster. We offer you with two (2) mini cards if register through T&T Rewards Card Kiosk or paper form in T&T stores or two (2) associate accounts through invitation if register through T&T Mobile App for you and your family members, which carry the same barcode as the main card.
Can I apply as a business account?
No. T&T Rewards program is designed for individuals and families to enjoy privilege. It is not for business or commercial use.
What are the Terms and Conditions of the T&T Rewards program?

How to Earn Points
When can I start to earn points?
You are eligible to earn points and enjoy member offers for the next purchase as soon as you received your T&T Rewards Card & present (either the card or App) at the time of transaction.
How do I earn points?
To earn points in T&T Supermarket Stores, you must provide your T&T Rewards Card Number (either the card or App) at the time of purchase. Points earned may take up to twenty-four (24) hours after purchase to post to your account.
What merchandises are included for point accumulation?
Eligible purchases are defined as net purchase amount, excluding prescription items, gift cards, tickets, stamps, lotteries, telephone cards, newspapers, tobacco, wholesale sales, applicable sales taxes, deposit, eco fee and coupon discount. Points will be earned on purchases made with T&T gift cards at the time the T&T gift card is redeemed.
How are the reward points calculated?
Every purchase of $20 = 20 points. For the purchase of $39 (before tax), you will earn only 20 points; for the purchase of $41 (before tax), you will earn only 40 points respectively.
Can I use the T&T Rewards Card/App together with the credit card?
Yes. You can use T&T Rewards Card/App to earn points but not for payment.
Can I earn points on purchase of T&T Gift Cards?
No. However, points will be earned at the time the T&T gift card is redeemed.
Can I use T&T Rewards Card/App together with the coupons?
Yes. However, points will be calculated after the coupon is redeemed.
If I forget to show my T&T Rewards Card/App at checkout, can I still earn the points?
No. The cashier cannot look up your account number, you must provide a T&T Rewards Card Number (on either the card or App) at the time of purchase, no point reimbursement can be made after transaction.
How long does it take for my balance to update after a transaction?
You could check your point balance as reference from the purchase receipt. Points earned may take up to twenty-four (24) hours after purchase to post to your account.
Why are the points showed on my T&T Rewards main card and mini cards different?
The program allows you to have and use multiple cards linked to a single account. The earned points on your different cards vary, resulted from system updates lead time.
Do my T&T Rewards points or account expire?
Account does not expire. However, all points will be expired if your account is inactive (i.e. no points collection at a purchase, or no redemption) for a period of 1 year.
Can I use my T&T Rewards Card/App which is inactivated for more than 1 year?
Yes. However, the card previous accumulated points have reset to zero (0).
If multiple people use my account, whom do the points belong to?
The points belong to the person who originally applied the membership. However, if you give mini cards to someone or invite someone as a member of your associate account that means you agreed the person will also be able to earn or redeem the points.
Can I transfer my points to other accounts?
No. Points are not transferable or combined points with multiple accounts.
Can I use my points as cash payment?
No. T&T Rewards Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
If You Need to Return A Purchased Product
What is the policy for exchanges or returns?
The original receipt must be presented at the time of the exchange or return, any points earned for the original purchase will be deducted from the member’s account balance.
Why do I have a negative point balance?
If no points are currently available, your account balance may become negative.
How to Redeem Your Rewards
Where can I redeem my points?
Points may be redeemed in any of the T&T Stores or online, subject to the redemption program details announced.
How can I spend my points? What are the reward products?
Once your point balance reaches specified points, you may redeem merchandise (by presenting your card or through T&T Mobile App (Coming Soon)) subject to in-store or online announcement or T&T Mobile App for selection of redemption items.
Can I request reservation of reward items?
No. We do not offer internal transfer or reservation. No Rain Check. While stock lasts!
Can I refund the reward items?
We offer exchange on same reward item but no refund with original receipt subject to item availability. Exchange of general groceries will be accepted within fourteen (14) days of redemption, exchange on perishable items will only be accepted within forty-eight (48) hours of redemption and subject to item availability. Special terms and conditions may apply on reward items.
My Accounts
Can I have more than one (1) account?
No. You should only have one (1) T&T Rewards account. However, if you have more than one (1) account, the points cannot be combined or used together for product redemption.
What does the program do with my information?
The personal information you provide may be used for communication in relation to T&T Rewards program and for T&T Supermarket promotional purpose. Your privacy is our top priority. How do I update my personal information?
Please fill out the “T&T Rewards Program Special Request Form” at the customer service counter of any T&T store or update through T&T Mobile App. Please note: if you registered with your phone number, you’ll need to update your information at a T&T store.
How long does it take to process a general inquiry?
It can take up to seven (7) business days for our customer service team to respond. We apologize if your response is delayed. Please Email us for assistance.
If You Want A Replacement Card
What will happen if my T&T Rewards Card is lost, stolen or damaged?
Please fill out the “T&T Rewards Program Special Request Form” and return to customer service counter at your local T&T Stores.
How long does it take to receive a replacement card?
The new replacement card will be available for pick up after seven (7) days with the reply slip at the reporting T&T Store location.
Can I continue with point collection or redemption before my new card arrives?
Due to security reasons, both point collections and redemption activities will be suspended temporarily until your new replacement card was issued and to be collected by yourself.
What will happen to my existing point balance after I report my T&T Rewards Card is lost, stolen or damaged?
Your points balance will be transferred to the new replacement card based on T&T Rewards Card last system record. T&T is not responsible to any point lost due to the loss of T&T Rewards Card.
Is there a deadline to pick up the new replacement card?
T&T new replacement card will be kept at the reported T&T store for thirty (30) days from the ready to pick-up date.
