1.Can I order click & collect products and delivery to home products at the same time?
Yes. However, you will still need to go to our store to pick up the products under click & collect service.
2.What’s the order cut-off time for next-day delivery?
In general, the cut-off time will be 8pm the same day you place your order.

4.Can I change the delivery time after the order is placed?
Unfortunately, once the order is placed, you are not allowed to make any change. However, you may cancel and place a new order.

6.How can I track my order?
You can track your order by contacting the number provided in the shipping notification email.
7.Will I be notified before delivery?
Yes, you will be notified by an email and our driver will call you 15 minutes upon arrival.
8.What if I miss the call from the driver?
The driver will ring the doorbell or knock on your door once they arrive. If the driver is unable to reach you, the delivery will be cancelled. You’ll need to apply for a refund online.
9.What if no order delivery after the time slot I selected?
Please call the number on the delivery notice for further assistant.
10.Can you drop the order at my doorstep if I’m not at home?
Unfortunately, due to food safety and security reasons, someone must be present.
11.What should I do if the product has quality issue?
You can return the product to any T&T store. Any perishable and frozen product needs to be returned within 48 hours with receipt provided.
12.What should I do if one of my products is missing?
If so, please check to see if the product is on the packing slip.
If not, due to unstocked or other quality issues, the product has been removed from the order. You will receive your refund once the delivery status has been updated in the system.

How can I return a product?
You may return a product along with your receipt to the customer service counter at any T&T store.
